My mission is to honor the cultural diversity of each client and offer acceptance, compassion, and support in the coaching relationship. I have trust in the coaching process that clients can make positive changes in their lives and move toward their future with hope.
Experience: Prior to receiving my master’s in counseling degree, I worked in various management positions in the oil and gas industry. I have volunteered with various non-profit organizations, such as the Star of Hope’s Transitional Living Center, where I worked as a mentor to homeless women transitioning into the workforce. I am a past president of the Women’s Interest Network, a former constituent group of the University of Houston Alumni Organization. I have also volunteered with Vantage Hospice, where I worked with caregivers and adults struggling with end-of-life concerns.
Expertise: I am able to provide a safe “listening space” for clients to connect with their inner strength, core values, and sense of purpose. I work with my client to create the best possible outcome, using empirically supported protocols.
Education/Credentials: Master of Arts in Counseling, Houston Baptist University; Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, University of Houston.
