Values-Based Parenting (12 sessions)
Parenting is hardly a straight line and navigating it effectively can be tough. As a parent, you would like to live according to your values, help your children incorporate your values, and also have kids who behave well and contribute to a warm, effective family environment with minimal chaos, right? We’ll help you manage your time, maximize current successes, and implement new strategies that are congruent with your values and your needs.
Stress Management & Self Care (10 sessions)
Stress can come from work, relationships, financial pressures, or anything that poses a real or perceived challenge or threat to your well-being. We’ll help you identify and implement effective coping strategies to proactively manage your stress levels and establish self-care practices to enhance your mental health.
Performance at Work & Home (8 sessions)
When you’re rocking it at work, home life can suffer (and vice versa). Are you dropping the ball at work or missing your kid’s recitals? Do you have realistic expectations and standards? We’ll help you identify your barriers, set boundaries, reinvent routines, and develop balance to emotionally engage, feel personally rejuvenated, and maximize performance at work.
Personalized Coaching
If there is an area of your life, or even multiple areas, that aren’t going as well as you’d like, but you don’t think there is a serious, underlying issue that needs counseling, you may want personalized coaching.
